Most questions can be solved right from the game. These quick steps cover the most common issues.
Restore a purchase
- Open Main Street Memories.
- Tap More, then Store.
- Tap Restore purchases.
Make sure the iPhone is signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Game progress and energy
Progress is stored on your iPhone. Energy returns automatically, one point every 20 minutes, and you can also watch an optional rewarded video ad for extra energy any time. Main Street Premium players have unlimited energy. Deleting the app also deletes locally stored town progress.
Sound, text, and motion
Open More → Settings to adjust puzzle text size, high contrast, reduced animation, music, sound effects, spoken Bingo calls, and gentle haptics.

Main Street Memories is built to be enjoyed without giving the developer your personal information.
Information stored on your iPhone
Main Street Memories stores game progress, settings, earned currency, restoration choices, and purchase entitlements locally on your iPhone. The developer does not receive this gameplay information.
Accounts and internet access
The game does not require a developer account or sign-in. Core games and town restoration work offline. An internet connection is required when Apple processes, verifies, or restores an optional in-app purchase.
Purchases
Optional purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple may provide the app with a transaction identifier and product entitlement so the purchase can be delivered or restored. The developer does not receive your full payment-card information.
Advertising
Main Street Memories uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded video ads — for example, watching an ad to earn extra energy. Ads are never forced between games or shown as banners or interstitials; you only see one if you choose to tap and watch it.
AdMob may collect information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and general app and ad interaction data to select and measure ads, using its own default settings. On iOS, this can include a system App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asking whether AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier for personalized ads across other apps and websites. You can allow or decline this at any time in your iPhone's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you decline, or don't respond, ads are shown without that cross-app tracking. See Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data collection notice for details.
Analytics and tracking beyond advertising
Outside of the AdMob rewarded-ad integration above, the release version does not include a separate third-party analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, or data-broker sharing.
Support messages
If you contact support, the information you voluntarily include in your email is used only to respond to your request and diagnose the issue. Support email may be retained as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, keep an appropriate record, or meet legal obligations. Do not include passwords or payment information.
Children's privacy
Main Street Memories is designed for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. The app is not configured as child-directed in AdMob, and rewarded ads are not targeted to children.
Deleting your data
You can delete locally stored game data by deleting the app from your iPhone. App Store purchase records are managed by Apple and may remain available for purchase restoration.
Changes to this policy
This page will be updated if the app's data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

These terms cover your use of Main Street Memories, published by Peak Beak LLC.
Acceptance of terms
By downloading or playing Main Street Memories, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
License
Peak Beak LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and play Main Street Memories on your own devices for personal enjoyment.
Purchases
Main Street Memories is free to play. Optional purchases, including coin packs and the one-time Main Street Premium upgrade, are billed by Apple through the App Store. Consumable purchases (like coins and energy) are used immediately and are non-refundable except as required by Apple's App Store terms or applicable law. Restore Purchases is available from More → Store. The app also offers an optional rewarded video ad, served through Google AdMob, that you may choose to watch in exchange for extra energy; see our Privacy Policy above for details on AdMob.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or to use it in any way that violates applicable law.
No warranty
Main Street Memories is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Beak LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
Peak Beak LLC may suspend or discontinue the app, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
