Restore a purchase
- Open Park Journal.
- Go to More → Settings.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
Make sure your iPhone is signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Manage or cancel your Pro subscription
Open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Park Journal. Apple, not Peak Beak, manages billing and cancellations for subscriptions.

Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
Park Journal does not collect personal data on the developer's servers. Trip schedules, ratings, notes, and photos you add stay stored locally on your iPhone.
2. Photos
Any photos you attach inside Park Journal are stored locally on your device for your own use in the app. They are not uploaded to Peak Beak's servers.
3. Accounts
Park Journal does not require you to create an account or sign in.
4. Purchases
Optional Pro subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple provides the app a transaction identifier and entitlement so Pro features unlock and can be restored. Peak Beak LLC does not receive your full payment card information.
5. Advertising, analytics & tracking
Park Journal does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.
6. Children's privacy
Park Journal carries a 13+ age rating and is not directed at children.
7. Deleting your data
Delete the app from your iPhone to remove locally stored trip data. Subscription records are managed by Apple and may remain available for purchase restoration.
8. Changes to this policy
This page will be updated if the app's data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Park Journal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Independent, unofficial app
Park Journal is an independent, unofficial fan companion app made by Peak Beak LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney World Resort, or Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, Inc.
3. License
Peak Beak LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Park Journal on your own devices for personal, non-commercial trip planning.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Optional Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store, renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or canceled from your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store terms, not by Peak Beak LLC directly.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or to use it in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Content accuracy
Ride data, hours, and festival information are provided for reference and may not always match current park offerings. Always verify details with official park sources before you travel.
7. No warranty
Park Journal is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Beak LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
Peak Beak LLC may suspend or discontinue the app, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
